We may also access or process personal information provided or made available to us by our clients in connection with the marketing, advertising, analytics, technology, and related services we provide on their behalf.

Within the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, IP address, business name, job title.
- Commercial Information: Records of services requested, communications with us, marketing preferences.
- Internet or Network Activity: Browsing behavior, pages viewed, referral URLs, device information, cookies, analytics data.
- Professional or Employment-Related Information: Business contact details provided in a B2B context.
- Geolocation Data (Approximate): Derived from IP address.

Client Data. In providing services to our clients, National Positions may process personal information on behalf of those clients. This information may include customer and prospect information, transaction and order information, website and advertising activity, communications, form submissions, call or lead information, and other information available through client systems or third-party platforms that a client authorizes us to access. We process such information for purposes related to providing, managing, measuring, analyzing, and improving the services we provide to the applicable client and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Sensitive Personal Information. We do not generally seek to collect sensitive personal information directly from visitors through our website. However, information made available to us by or on behalf of a client in connection with our services may contain sensitive personal information. Where we process such information in connection with client services, we use it for purposes related to providing those services and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our website and services
- Respond to inquiries, requests, or customer support needs
- Deliver marketing, newsletters, and promotional communications
- Analyze website performance and user behavior
- Detect security incidents and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We may also create de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. Where we maintain de-identified information, we will maintain and use it only in de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to enable core site functionality, analyze traffic and performance, and support marketing and advertising efforts.
You may control cookies through your browser settings and, where applicable, through our cookie consent tool. We also recognize and honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), transmitted by your browser, as described in Section 9.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. This does not affect our recognition of the Global Privacy Control, which we honor as described above.

In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed each category of personal information identified in Section 1 for business purposes to the categories of recipients listed above. When personal information is provided to us through client-authorized systems or data sources, we may disclose that information to service providers or other parties as reasonably necessary to perform services for the applicable client, subject to applicable law and the nature of the services being provided.
5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information (California Disclosure)
Under California law, “sale” and “sharing” include certain disclosures of personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, as well as disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain advertising and analytics cookies may constitute “sharing” (and in some cases a “sale”) of identifiers and internet activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes under the CCPA/CPRA. In the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information that may have been shared for these purposes are identifiers (e.g., online identifiers, IP address) and internet or network activity information.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information at any time. See Section 9, “Your Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing,” for how to exercise this right.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to accomplish the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, to satisfy contractual, legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. The retention period for particular information may vary depending on the nature of the information, the context in which it was collected or received, the purposes for which it is processed, and applicable legal or contractual requirements.
For personal information processed in connection with services provided to a client, retention may also depend on the client relationship, the services being provided, client instructions, the capabilities and retention settings of applicable platforms or systems, and applicable legal requirements.
Marketing preferences may be retained as reasonably necessary to honor unsubscribe, opt-out, or similar requests. We may retain information for longer periods where necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with a legal hold, or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to access our services. California “Shine the Light.” California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. 9. How to Exercise Your Rights

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you and may extend our response by an additional 45 days (90 days total). To protect your information, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request to know, access, delete, or correct by matching information you provide against information we maintain. We may decline a request where we cannot verify your identity, where an exception under applicable law applies, or where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain the basis for any denial. You do not need to create an account with us to submit a request.
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proper written authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
Your Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, available in the footer of every page, or adjust your preferences through our cookie consent tool. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal; if you visit our site with GPC enabled, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out for that browser or device.
You may also exercise the opt-out right by emailing info@nationalpositions.com. We will not require you to create an account or pay a fee to exercise this right, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so. We will process opt-out requests as required by applicable law.
10. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, or Virginia), you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, which may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information; to access, correct, or delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. These rights are subject to the exceptions and limitations of applicable law. You may exercise them using the methods described in Section 9.
Appeals. If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing info@nationalpositions.com with “Privacy Request Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within the time period required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
11. Children’s Information
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. In addition, we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. Consumers between 13 and 16 (or their parent/guardian for those under 13) must provide affirmative authorization (opt-in) before any sale or sharing of their personal information would occur. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
