National Positions Takes Home Three New 2020 Communicator Awards!

Today’s exciting news is a wonderful reminder that without the diligent efforts of our incredible team and trust from our exceptional clients, none of our success would be possible. Last year, National Positions received our first three official Communicator Awards, and this year, we did it again.

Not only did we win three additional awards for our 2020 achievements, but we did so in three new marketing categories, and we couldn’t be prouder of our team of talented, hardworking individuals.

The Communicator Awards are sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. The AIVA is an invite-only group of industry leading experts in the areas of media, communications, advertising, creative, and marketing.

Depending on the submissions, nominees are judged on the effectiveness of certain marketing designs as well as complete omnichannel marketing campaigns.

Okay, it’s time to get to the good stuff…what did we win?! Check out the award categories below!

#1 Communicator Award of Excellence

Fontana Forni – B2C Marketing Campaign

Fontana Forni provides a very unique line of high-end pizza ovens used by both professionals and home chefs (and yes, even aspiring home chefs). Handcrafted in Italy, Fontana Forni’s products act as the perfect centerpiece for hosting a weekend get together or a perfectly prepared pie on an average Wednesday night.

Communicator Awards B2C Marketing Campaign

This Communicator Award recognized the overall success of Fontana Forni’s campaign performance,

including results like these:

We also want to give a big shout out to National Positions’ team members Jill Ponek and Ted Goodman for their fantastic ongoing work on Fontana Forni’s campaign. This award is the result of their tireless work, and it is beyond exciting to have their efforts recognized via this Communicator Award of Excellence.

#2 Communicator Award of Distinction

Brixton – Social Media Marketing

Brixton is an international skate, surf, and lifestyle brand headquartered in Oceanside, CA. From men’s polos to women’s jumpsuits to youth snapbacks, Brixton has made a name for itself in the fashion industry among fashion seekers of all kinds.

For this Communicator Award of Distinction, National Positions has been recognized for the performance surrounding the social media aspects of Brixton’s campaign—headed up by our own social media rockstar Luiza Kerby—that delivered results such as:

National Positions has put a much greater focus on leveraging social media campaigns in recent years and receiving this Communicator Award of Distinction for social media only helps legitimize the impact that social media marketing can have when it comes to gaining additional market share.

#3 Communicator Award of Distinction

Welcome to True Accessibility – Online Video Animation

Our last award is one that we are equally proud of—the Communicator Award of Distinction for online video animation. Last year, National Positions started a sister company called True Accessibility, an online platform dedicated to making brands’ websites ADA compliant and accessible to all users.

This animation is also one of the first projects produced by one of National Positions newest team members, Bibi Martinez. She took a script and a handful of ideas and produced a piece of art that truly tells a story.

Video is the perfect catalyst to tell stories that let customers really connect with your brand and your mission—and Bibi’s work on this project supremely highlights this process.

Awards and recognition are fantastic for a company, but at the end of the day, the praise goes to our team members who take their craft personally and continuously produce fantastic results. There is always another marketing challenge to tackle and these Communicator Awards remind us that we are on the right track on our mission to provide results above all else.
