These updates disrupted the data (that’s normally leveraged in social media ad campaigns) as well as the results. Articles began to flood the digital ecosystem as businesses, advertisers, and even Facebook were attempting to find a solution to “stop the bleeding,” so to speak.
When In Doubt – Go Live!
Then there was Phoenix Ha, National Positions’ Director of Social Media, who was determined to find a more strategic (and productive) solution. Phoenix decided to go live on social media to discuss the issue publically and uncover where opportunities may still be hiding, which she did to great effect.
In fact, through some additional testing and paid social ad campaign know-how, she was able to breathe new life into her clients’ campaigns in the weeks and months that followed. And things were about to get even more exciting.
Soon after her live stream, Phoenix was contacted by the minds at Ad World to see if she wanted to bring her story, solutions, and strategic mindset to a whole new audience.
So, in October, our fearless Director of Social Media became one of the featured speakers at Ad World 2021.
Phoenix outlined her approach for separating campaigns between Apple and Android operating systems to bring campaign conversions flooding back.
This presentation was so well received by the team at Ad World that not only was this presentation featured on day two of the conference, it was also featured in Ad World’s promotional campaigns.
We couldn’t be more proud of team members like Phoenix who are able to find opportunities where others would just throw in the towel. This includes our Google Ads team who has been leveraging new ways to implement first-party data tracking as we move into 2022 as well as our conversion optimization specialists who have been focusing on improving profitability without increasing budgets.
Looking to the Future
As we move into a new year, our entire company is following “aiming where the puck is going” when it comes to marketing trends. With a greater ability to unpack and leverage marketing data across the highest growing channels (CRO, ecommerce, Amazon, social media, etc.), we are poised to make a huge impact as we move into 2022.

Once Phoenix’s Ad World presentation wrapped up, another surprise came knocking from Affiliate World Global: Dubai.
You read that right! So, in February of 2022, Phoenix Ha will be heading to Dubai to represent National Positions at one of the largest marketing events in the world.
