CRO is another popular term you may have heard. This stands for Conversion Rate Optimization, which is an incredibly wonky term. It may sound technical, but all it means is to design your website with a focus on user experience so you guide visitors through the sales process as easily as possible.

Great web design will increase sales while letting you spend less on advertising. Conversion factors include: Headlines, images, colors, calls to action, page copy, layout, unique selling proposition, navigation, confidence builders and incentives.
